How to Use

When creating the molding, the type of mold that needs to be created will decide what type of MONODECO you will need. There will be a difference in strength and time required to the table on the right for the relationship of MONODECO and water proportion and the resulting strength. For compressed strength according to water-to-plaster ratio (MONODECO: Water) of MONODECO, please see Figure 1.

Preparation of the Mold

• First select the mold you want to make.
• Prepare a clean Silicon or Plastic mold.
• In order to support the mold cut.
• Prepare a container where you can mix the water and the MONODECO.

Stirring, Pouring and taking of the mold

• Measure water and MONODECO, and pour them into a container.
• The water must be clean and must be between (16~20℃) temperature.

• Be careful when pouring into the mold as bubble may appear.
• When the mold becomes solid, remove the mold from the MONODECO.
